For me, the dynamic of a wind farm symbolizes the enormous growth opportunities and the mentality of this future-oriented industry. I also experience this dynamism at Qualitas Energy. We have doubled our number of employees within a very short time, the turbine portfolio is growing rapidly and sometimes we are even surprised by our successes. We are faced with the challenges that these successes bring and thus no two days are the same. It thrills me to be faced with new decisions again and again, always putting the human being in focus.
