5 questions for Ali, Human Resources Specialist
01. Ali, first of all a very personal question: What excites you about working at Qualitas Energy? What is your personal motivation?
For me, the dynamic of a wind farm symbolizes the enormous growth opportunities and the mentality of this future-oriented industry. I also experience this dynamism at Qualitas Energy. We have doubled our number of employees within a very short time, the turbine portfolio is growing rapidly and sometimes we are even surprised by our successes. We are faced with the challenges that these successes bring and thus no two days are the same. It thrills me to be faced with new decisions again and again, always putting the human being in focus.
02. How would you describe the Qualitas Energy team?
Agile, highly motivated, enthusiastic! The wind industry in Germany is a very exciting market with incredible development potential. The environment shapes the character and so our team is made up of people who have the great ambition to really make a difference.
The Qualitas Energy team lives flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths. We do not think in terms of departmental boundaries but have the success of the company in mind. One of our success factors is dealing with each other in a spirit of partnership and trust. Our team is growing rapidly, and this is a very exciting experience for all of us.
03. What opportunities does Qualitas Energy offer for the personal and professional development of its employees?
At the beginning of their employment at Qualitas Energy, we offer our new colleagues a structured onboarding process. The first step is to get to know the individual departments and to understand the “vibe” of the company. We make it easy for our new starters to find their place at Qualitas Energy. Our employees take responsibility for their own projects very quickly, while always thinking outside the box. Once our recruiters and the hiring manager of the department have reviewed the documents, we will invite you to an initial interview. This usually takes place online and gives us the opportunity to learn more about you and introduce you to the team and the department.
